Job Description
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated graphic designer to partner with our rockstar Internal Communications and Human Resources teams. We are building a highly engaged, high-performing organization at CoreLogic, so if you like bringing internal messages and campaigns to life through impactful graphics and video, this may be the role for you.
As part of our collaborative and agile team, you’ll focus on executing visual communication strategies that help ensure our employees are informed, engaged and inspired. You’ll leverage your graphic design and video editing skills to develop eye-catching infographics, animated gifs, social media artwork and short videos that help articulate our brand, culture and corporate strategy.
Light copywriting and content editing are must-have skills when collaborating with stakeholders so you can ensure both design and copy work together to tell a compelling visual story.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Internal Communications teammates and other stakeholders to translate written messages into visual materials.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate visual content ideas for town halls, large-scale engagement campaigns and internal communications vehicles (like our social media platform).
- Develop impactful graphics and videos that drive transparency and engagement throughout the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest graphic design and video trends to ensure we’re bringing best practices to our overall communication strategy.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, marketing communications or other relevant fields preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Prefer 5+ years’ of experience using video editing tools like Canva and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
- Solid understanding of design, copy and web practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must show evidence of being a creative and strategic thinker.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within oftentimes tight deadlines.
Annual Pay Range
80,200 - 124,500 USD
