Electrical Design Manager Malvern £50,000 - £55,000 - Dependant on experience My client is a well-established engineering company that designs, manufactures and supplies a range of bespoke test equipment and systems. As an Electrical Design Manager, your role will focus on managing electrical design projects from initial concept to delivery, overseeing the development and implementation of electrical engineering processes, conduct the electrical engineering teams appraisals and approve electrical drawings. Electrical Design Manager Responsibilities; Accountable for the development and implementation of electrical engineering processes Oversee the production of technical drawings, report and specifications Check and approve drawings Responsible for the training and development of electrical team members Manage electrical design projects from initial concept to delivery Providing technical support to clients and the engineering team Ensuring that design project deadlines are met Gathering details and specifications from clientsElectrical Design Manager Experience; Degree, HNC, HND, Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering Proven experience in Engineering Test Cell Engineering Experience of 3 phase and single-phase electrical systems Experienced in creating 2D Electrical designs Experienced in managing design projects from initial concept to delivery Knowledge of PLC systems such as Rockwell, Allen Bradley would be beneficial Excellent communication skills are essential Must be a team playerBased in Malvern this Electrical Design Manager opportunity is offering a salary of £50,000-£55,000 and is commutable from Kidderminster, Redditch, Hereford, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Cheltenham, Evesham and Pershore
