About The Project - Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating capital project related engineering and design activities
- Focused on execution of the implementation phase of Concept (CP), BOD, and Construction Documents (CD) (Detailed Design) once Business Case and Project Scoping phases have been completed by others.
- Focuses on co-ordination of AE firm, co-ordination of design, execution of SDPs (Standard Design Practices), VIPs (Value Improving Processes), Sustainability (LEED), and other corporate policies.
- This includes coordinating the efforts of technical team members and third-party design firms or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
- Reports to Managed Service Provider or Secondment Company and functions within the Engineering and Property Services group, works on completing business focused goals and objectives.
- Ensures that programs stay on plan by working with project team to resolve resource conflicts and removing obstacles.
- 10 years relevant experience
- Requires proficiency in project/design management.
- Requires proficiency working on Utility & Facility design projects
