Fever-Tree is hiring for a Graphic Designer as part of our UK Marketing Team.

Fever-Tree is the world's leading supplier of premium carbonated mixers for alcoholic spirits by retail sales value, with distribution to almost 80 countries worldwide. Based in the UK, the brand was launched in 2005 by Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow to provide high quality, natural mixers which could accompany the growing demand for premium spirits. We are continuing to develop and innovate, launching new products in exciting categories such as adult soft drinks and cocktail mixers. As such, the environment at Fever-Tree is fast-paced and requires initiative and proactivity to succeed. We're looking for people to help define how Fever-Tree evolves as a brand as we continue to grow and innovate within the mixer category. Role Overview: 

Today, the UK brand is embarking on an incredibly exciting chapter, with the launch of our new cocktail mixers and adult soft drinks. We’ve got a lot to talk about, but we need to ensure that the brand remains consistent as it expands into these exciting new spaces. In a bid to help drive consistency and cultural relevancy around the brand, we are looking to bring our creative design resource in house.  


We are on the hunt for a talented Mid-Weight Designer with a passion for brand and best-in-class branding. Sitting within the UK Marketing team, this role is varied, spanning an array of brand touchpoints. From events to shelf barkers to gifting to social assets – you'll get the chance to help shape how the Fever-Tree brand shows up in the UK.  


The primary role is to respond to internal marketing and brand briefs, create quality designs, delivering work to a high standard using exceptional design and craft skills and smart strategic thinking. Alongside this, you will play a key role in championing creativity from within the marketing and brand team, introducing new ways to approach design and sharing inspiration.  


About you:

You’re a highly motivated designer, committed to creating inspiring work with a genuine interest in bringing a brand to life across various touchpoints. You can mix creative flair with commercial awareness and understand how brilliant design services the bottom line. You're excited by culture and the creative world around you and include that in your response to briefs and creative development. You have an excellent eye for detail, always working to achieve a level of excellence in your work. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Art direction and design of:  

  • Wholesale promotional artwork to appeal to On Trade operators (bars, restaurants, pubs)  
  • On Trade POS – menus, table talkers, signage, pull up banners etc. 
  • Event menus & signage  
  • Retailer-specific assets e.g., instore POS and online media ensuring a consistent look and feel across accounts 
  • Packaging briefs e.g., gifting packs and limited editions that will be sold across the off trade (retailers e.g., Tesco, Waitrose, John Lewis). 


Creative input and recommendations on:  

  • Paid and organic social assets
  • Brand activations & initiatives
  • UK brand photoshoots
  • Support on digital visual identity – social, email, website
  • Support throughout the brand planning process e.g., creation of activation concepts and design of sell in slides 


Skills required: 

  • Degree level qualification in design  
  • Ideally a minimum of three years' experience in branding, including developing visual identities, brand experiences and brand campaigns; 
  • Expert knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop.  
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills necessary to present your work to the team and respond to feedback.  
  • This role requires 3 days a week in our Lonodn, Hammersmith office
