What You Need To Know
- Initially you will be working remotely but soon you might be requested to work from Office (Chennai) after project allocation
- Office Hours: Mon to Fri | 10am to 6pm | 1hr Break
- Work extensively with Figma, Adobe PS & Adobe Ai
- Work on multiple design projects related to Website Landing Pages, App Ui, Marketing Banners, Presentations and more

What We Are Looking For
- Highly proficient in FIGMA, Photoshop & Ai
- Knowledge in Gen Ai is an added bonus
- 1 or more years of experience (Can be overlooked if your portfolio is solid)
- Really good portfolio to showcase your previous works and skillset
- Ability to work with the team, adhere to guidelines, deliver on time, communicate well and stay consistent

Finances
- Your first month with us will be probation for all candidates taken under probation will be offered a fixed salary
- If your performance during probation is not up to our organization's standards, probation will be terminated within the first 7 days without any compensation. If the work is found unsatisfactory post one week of working, the candidate maybe eligible for compensation based on their involvement in tasks
- Based on your performance during your probation, your initial onboarding salary will fixed with performance based incentives and hikes every 3 - 6 months

Tenure
- Candidates will be provided an option to sign up for either 3 months / 6 months / 1 year contract after probation
