Candidates for the position should be committed to providing exceptional design solutions and client service with technical and practical expertise to meet client objectives.

The manager should be capable of managing small to mega size projects with responsibility for client satisfaction throughout the project process. With the support of the Head of Interior Design, he/she will be responsible for the design and execution of all project’s documentations, and the definition of the scope of work. In addition to the development of interior design solutions, selection of interior finishes and FF&E, presentation of projects concepts to clients and revising all the technical drawings & coordination with other disciplines.

He/she should be able to maintain sound business relationships with clients and consultants in all phases of the design process. Besides guiding the design team throughout the whole process within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

  • Architectural/Interior Design Degree with a minimum of 12 years in the profession, post-graduation, including managerial experience.
  • English proficiency, presentation and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of interior design standards, regulatory codes, modern and complex principles and practices of Interior Design and other trades to ease the coordination process.
  • Advanced knowledge of 3D computer modeling and post-production.
  • Self-motivated with high leadership, organizational and communication skills with ability to motivate staff.
