Tasks
We are looking for a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining the user experience and visual aesthetics of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create user-centered designs that meet both business goals and end-user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, user needs, and business objectives
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and feedback
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts
- Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent with our brand
- Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder review
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing results, and changing project requirements
- Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet design specifications
- Keep up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Development, or similar
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
- Proficiency in design tool Figma is a requirement, and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch are beneficial
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking
- Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into design decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with responsive web and mobile app design
- Experience in design for financial services and / or web3 and blockchain
- A passion for creating exceptional user experiences
