We are looking for a talented, hands on, and self-directed person to lead the graphic design team in the marketing team.

He/She will lead the creative creation process - from conception through design to delivery for all our marketing initiatives.

Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the creative creation process - from conception through design to delivery for all our marketing initiatives and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our digital financial :

• You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and consistent creatives for email, social media, App, Digital, Print, and Outdoor Media.
• You will create innovative designs to deliver the key message across platforms whilst demonstrating a user-centric approach and within the product guidelines.
• You will be mentoring and guiding the design team and ensuring creatives are delivered as per defined timelines.
• You will set the bar for creative excellence and maintain consistency.
• You will drive best practices and continuous improvement and provide recommendations for creative innovation.
  
  

Requirements

Must Have Skill Sets :

• You must have 6+ years of relevant experience.
• You must have hand on experience working on digital media creatives, including emailers and social media posts.
• You must be proficient with Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe Photoshop, and sketching.
• You should have the eye for detail and the ability to conceptualize.
• You must be ambitious and willing to work in an extremely passionate, high-growth, result-oriented environment.
• You must have high Learning agility to understand product portfolios and industry challenges.

• Exposure to Adobe after effects & premier pro
