Senior Product Designer Mobile Apps (m/f/x)

Your tasks

• You are a role model for your colleagues and act as a coach and mentor
• You provide professional guidance within the product research & design team, driving our design thinking culture forward and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
• You will oversee everything from wireframing to creating comprehensive user flows and interactive prototypes. Your mission: crafting mobile products that elegantly solve problems, paying meticulous attention to detail, and ensuring they align seamlessly with our travelers' needs
• Turn ideas into reality by working together with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers
• Be a champion for the user, advocating for their needs and desires throughout the design process
• You have experience in outlining research and usability directives, confirming research methodologies, and transforming research findings into easily understood and implementable design refinements

Your profile

• You are proficient in interaction and design tools such as Figma
• Experience in digital design as a UX designer, UI designer, interaction designer, product designer or similar
• You work goal-oriented with high initiative, whether alone or together in a team
• You are experienced and well-versed in designing for mobile and mobile native
• You bring experience with design thinking and agile development and know how user-centered research fits into these frameworks
• You bring excellent skills in identifying user expectations and need
• You bring outstanding communication and collaboration skills to the table
• Fluent in German and English language
