Join our small, ambitious team as our 2nd designer. You will work on a variety of projects, ranging from customer and business-facing applications to design systems and brand identity. You will have the opportunity to build and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

- First-principles problem solver, diving deep to understand business and user needs

- Proactive communicator, maintaining transparency and driving projects forward

- Fluent in German is a plus
- Own a project from kick-off to delivery
- Engage in user research (some of our teammates are users too)
- Develop use cases and requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
- Drive towards shippable solutions through multiple iterations
- Partner with engineers and stakeholders
- Present your work in a clear and compelling way
- Receive and give detailed feedback
- Contribute to and evolve our design system
- Previous experience designing features or a product, working in direct partnership with engineers and stakeholders
- Expertise in UI, UX, and Visual Design, with case studies to show for it
