The Graphic Designer's role is essential in the production of creative buildouts for various marketing campaigns while managing and completing day-to-day tasks in a timely and efficient manner. The Graphic Designer will support the Senior Graphic Designers as well as ensure all Marketing & Operations needs are met.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Education

Manage the production, repurposing, resizing, and rethinking of approved design systems while crafting new onesCollect and complete change requests by various teams and departments in a timely mannerComplete all key art collateral and other creative work as assigned by the Senior Graphic Designer and/or Art DirectorCoordinate with vendors to assure print work is submitted to printers, completed, and delivered to our offices or venueUphold brand standards on all design work completed from menu editing/design to marketing campaigns & brand developmentAssist Senior Graphic Designer with large-scale projects from a creative viewpoint including websites, branding, photo/video shoots, content, campaigns, etc.Openly welcome feedback from Senior Graphic Designers & Marketing teams to make improvements to designs for a stronger end product that is aligned with business objectives and messagingEnsure all work is looked over by Senior Graphic Designers before submitting for approvals/productionAssist and/ or complete additional tasks as assignedEDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:

High School Diploma preferred18+ years of ageMinimum of one to two (1-2) years of design experience in a creative or agency settingProficient in the latest versions of Microsoft Office, Mac OSX, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe AcrobatBasic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordMust possess strong typography skills and a sense of space and layoutDesign with guest experiences in mindExcellent proofreading skills with attention to detail, especially while working under demanding deadlineAlways seek out new techniques and skills to maintain cutting-edge industry knowledge while immersing in restaurant/hospitality culture and design/digital trendsProficient in Windows Microsoft Office, POS systems, Oracle knowledge preferredSKILLS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT / SCHEDULE
