Title: UX/UI Designer (Onsite/Hybrid)

Hybrid - 2-3 days Onsite

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our team, focusing on creating engaging and intuitive mobile and desktop designs. This role involves developing wireframes, managing design iterations based on business feedback, producing prototypes, documenting requirements, and conducting thorough system testing. The ideal candidate will be adept at delivering high-quality designs that meet strategic objectives on time and within budget.

Requirements:
  • At least three years of experience in UX design.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies, including writing user stories and test cases and conducting system testing.
  • Proficiency in design software such as InVision or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of UX design best practices, with a focus on mobile-first and responsive design.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design comprehensive user experiences.
  • Skilled in efficiently iterating designs and solutions.
  • Experience in financial services or a similar highly regulated environment (e.g., HIPAA) is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design processes and solutions.
  • Effective collaboration within team settings.
  • Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Open to feedback and constructive criticism.
Responsibilities:
  • Design solutions to product design challenges across mobile & desktop platforms.
  • Lead the design process for new features and improvements to existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to strategize future design iterations.
  • Rapidly iterate design concepts to refine user experience.
  • Create detailed wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
  • Ensure high-quality design execution that aligns with project timelines and budgets.
  • Work closely with all project team members throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Partner with Marketing & vendors to align system designs with the user experience strategy.
  • Maintain detailed UI specifications and incorporate design best practices.
  • Conduct user testing to evaluate application usability and streamline execution.
  • Perform system testing to identify and address bugs.
  • Assist in defining and documenting system requirements in collaboration with the Program Manager.
  • Undertake additional duties as necessary to support the product vision and mission.
