Graphic Designer - DURBANVILLE

Our client is a leading Sales and Marketing company specialising in the Hospitality sector, servicing hotels, lodges & guest houses in South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania & Botswana and they are looking for a Graphic designer to join their vibrant team:

Responsibilities

Study design briefs and determine requirements

Schedule projects and define budget constraints

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

Test graphics across various media

Amend designs after feedback

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Research & Personal Development

• Research new and updated systems and understand what the trends are in the market.
• Attending courses and seminars related to IT to incorporate new ideas within our strategies.
  
  
  

Miscellaneous

• Creating a positive relationship with colleagues: They are part of the internal approach NOT to work in silos but one company bringing the departments as one. Therefore, their interaction with Management and Employees are an example and needs to be a positive influence.
• Travelling required
• Complying with all vaccination requirements that may be applicable to the destination. Please note, the Company may request for you to pay any excess towards travel such as Travel insurance due to the employee not being vaccinated.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all dealings with clients either on the phone or in person.
