Sr. Graphic Designer

Position Summary:
Utilizes design and storytelling skills to develop presentations and evolve B2B campaigns and initiatives across multi-touch campaigns. Serves as a subject matter expert and partners cross-functionally.

Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities

  • Works with the marketing team and subject matter experts to architect the vision, strategy, and execution of exceptional visual story development across multiple media channels (including digital advertising, direct mail, print advertisements, marketing materials).
  • Designs, develops, coordinates, and executes presentations from concept to completion.
  • Reviews presentations and other materials to support executives, business development, and clients .
  • Serves as Lumeris’ brand ambassador working with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent use of materials and assure that Lumeris’ brand strategy is reflected in all elements of execution.
  • Partners cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and protection of intellectual property.
  • Guides the creation, maintenance, training on, and distribution of Brand Guidelines, templates, and other branded resources.
  • Oversees library of approved marketing materials.
  • Maintains an understanding of current trends in design, concepts and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent
  • 5+ years of B2B graphic design experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
  • Strong conceptual skills with experience in marketing and/or infographics
  • Very skilled in PowerPoint, Adobe, Illustrator, In-Design, Captivate, Express, & Photoshop
  • Sharp communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels internally and externally
  • Considerable initiative and the ability to guide team projects or processes
  • Polished time-management and project management skills, including the ability to interpret complex requests, develop realistic goals/metrics, and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Ability to impact results, oversee and prioritize workload, and respond to changing demands/timelines

Working Conditions

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions.
