We are seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of our cutting-edge SaaS applications and marketing landing pages. With 6-10 years of experience, the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in creating intuitive, user-centered designs and a strong proficiency in Figma. This role demands expertise in enhancing user experience through innovative designs and a keen focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Experience in Adobe Suite is a plus, offering a wider canvas for creativity.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design of intuitive and impactful SaaS applications and marketing landing pages.
2. Utilize Figma for high-fidelity prototyping and design, ensuring a seamless user experience.
3. Implement CRO strategies to enhance user engagement and increase conversions. CRO Landing pages & marketing designs (UI)
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design objectives with business goals.
5. Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to keep our designs cutting-edge.

Required skills/experience:

1. 6-10 years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically with SaaS applications.
2. SaaS App design experience (UX)
3. Expertise in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
4. Adobe Suite - Good Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
5. Proven track record in designing marketing landing pages and implementing CRO strategies.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
