Our client is a leader in the telehealth industry, focusing on men's health and providing personalized, confidential healthcare solutions. They are in search of a Graphic Designer with expertise in creating engaging graphic ads for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

This role is essential for transforming marketing strategies into visual designs that resonate with the audience, incorporating elements such as typography, imagery, and layout to effectively convey the brand's messages. The ideal candidate will be adept at producing both dynamic and static content, playing a key role in the brand's growth and digital engagement.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Ad Production: Design captivating static graphic ads for Facebook and Instagram, focusing on creative visual storytelling through innovative use of imagery, typography, and layout.
  • Ad Performance Analysis: Evaluate the performance of graphic ads, utilizing data to inform design decisions and optimize for increased engagement and conversion rates.
  • Creative Content Strategy: Develop and implement a visual content strategy that aligns with the brand’s marketing objectives and audience preferences.
  • Static and Dynamic Content Creation: Produce a range of content, from impactful static ads to interactive graphics that complement video marketing initiatives and enhance the brand's digital footprint.
  • Collaborative Design Process: Collaborate with the marketing team to grasp the brand's goals, ensuring graphic content effectively communicates the brand’s mission and values.

What Success Looks Like:

  • High-Performing Graphic Ads: Deliver graphic content that not only captures attention but also achieves strong performance metrics, prompting desired actions from the target audience.
  • Enhanced Audience Engagement: Create designs that engage and resonate with the community, leading to higher interaction rates.
  • Innovative Design Contributions: Offer fresh, strategic design ideas for content creation and distribution, supporting the brand’s marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design, specifically for Facebook and instagram.
  • A strong portfolio highlighting successful graphic ad campaigns, preferably for North American clients.
  • UI/UX experience is nice to have, providing a deeper understanding of user interactions and design effectiveness.
  • Experience with Direct-to-consumer brands is a must, with experience in the Health and Beauty sector a huge advantage.
  • Proficient in design software and tools.
  • Independent worker with creative problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
