They are a tier one main contractor who operates nationally, mainly on healthcare and education.

The team are very accommodating and have created an environment which not only challenges but looks after their staff. They are seeking a Design Manager to join their team. You will be predominantly leading teams through the preconstruction phases to handing over to the site team, working on education and healthcare projects and 2 stage tenders. Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Design Manager
• Experience within Healthcare projects is essential
• Experience on frameworks and 2 stage tenders is also essential
  
  
  

Remuneration: - £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
