Job Description

As Senior Designer, you’ll be the creative force behind stunning design solutions that bridge brand, marketing, and business goals. Craft the visual identity that shapes our brand and drives results.Think outside the box, yet within the brand. You’ll masterfully translate marketing strategies into engaging visual content across digital (websites, ebooks, white paper, social media...) and print (event graphics, PowerPoint decks, and magazine ads...). Your keen eye and innovative concepts will boost brand awareness and drive business growth. Join a collaborative department where creativity thrives. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Global Creative Director and a passionate team, learning from the best and shaping the future of our brand. You’ll also get to collaborate with marketing teams, external vendors, and consultants, expanding your network and expertise. This role is based out of Chicago and is a hybrid position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and design multiple projects, from concept to completion, while meeting scheduled deadlines.
  • Design captivating, on brand content across various platforms.
  • Help guide and advise Junior Designers in both the creative process and client management to foster stronger working relationships and solutions.
  • Push creative boundaries while still maintaining brand guidelines.
  • Clearly articulate ideas using concise language, effectively communicating concepts to both internal leaders and non-design audiences.
  • Design eye-catching material, for PowerPoint presentations and event signage.
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous Senior Design experience or 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • A compelling portfolio of work, showcasing your design experience.
  • Expert knowledge Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Attention to visual details.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience owning creative campaigns across all channels.
  • Experience creating brand assets, Sales/RFP presentations, marketing templates, video production, digital ads (both static and motion) and presentations.
  • Bonus points if you have knowledge in XD or Sketch, After Effects, Premiere and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS, a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $54,000 to $75,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
