Senior UX/UI Designer

As a Senior UX/UI (User Experience/User Interface) Designer you will be responsible for designing and creating the visual elements and overall user experience of digital products such as websites and applications. This role involves understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate User Research Workshops.
• Create and Refine User Journeys.
• Create Visual Design concepts.
• Lead on Information Architecture.
• Create comprehensive design documentation that includes wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and style guides.
• Experience of collaborative tools e.g. Figma or InVision for sharing of design assets.
• Collaborative design process with developers to address technical limitations up front.
• Conduct regular design reviews with designers and developers to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Develop a standardized checklist for the design handoff to maintain consistency.
• Engagement in User Testing and Feedback process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
