The Travelopia IT team is looking for a Product Designer who is motivated, driven, and interested in building a successful career at Travelopia aligning with the organisation's goals. We are a team of multi-cultural technologists working out of Bangalore and London. We have fully adopted remote work and believe in a product-driven, iterative approach to development with regular rituals.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Senior Product Designer at Travelopia, you will play a pivotal role in improving our digital products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualise, design, and iterate on user-centred solutions that improve the travel experience. We're looking for a seasoned designer with validated experience who can lead projects, champion design thinking, and chip in to the growth of our design system. Work closely with partners (Engineering, Product Management, Sales, User Success, Marketing, and others) on technical challenges at a fast pace.

- You'll be responsible to define a game plan with partners and iterate quickly to validate your designs.
- Present your work (mostly asynchronously) to partners and incorporate their feedback into an iterative process.
- Bonus if you have experience working in a remote-first environment.
- You have great problem-solving skills and outstanding execution, validated by a well-organised portfolio.
- You bring a good understanding of the development world.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, and design systems will be an added benefit.
- Validated experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design thinking skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with design systems and their implementation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven record to lead and encourage cross-functional teams.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of user behaviour in the travel industry is a plus
