About the Role As a Product Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our groundbreaking mobile app. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-centric interfaces that enhance the overall health and well-being of our users. Responsibilities User-Centric Design: Develop and implement user-centered designs by considering user feedback, research, and usability findings. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively. Visual Design: Produce high-quality visual designs that align with our brand and enhance the user experience. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and UX researchers, to bring designs to life and ensure a seamless integration with development efforts. Iterative Design: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and evolving product requirements. Design System Advocacy: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across our products. Qualifications Proven Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on mobile applications. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. User-Centric Mindset: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating simple, elegant solutions to complex problems. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
