**Starting Salary Range at $70,000/year + DOE and Bonus Opportunity**

Maverik is seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our amazing team. As a key member of our creative department, you will play a crucial role in elevating our brand through innovative and user-centric design solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs for both web and mobile platforms and possesses a deep understanding of UX/UI best practices.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Conceptualize and develop a comprehensive UX/UI design strategy for the brand.
  • Identify design problems and provide timely solutions.
  • Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
  • Collaborate to build UI/UX designs meant to improve the customer experience across all footprints (ie, Web, App, POS, etc)
  • Create and collaborate to build UI/UX designs built to drive customer conversions across all digital footprints.
  • Understanding customer journeys and experiences to meet customer needs.
  • Adjusting UI/UX based on feedback from various customer surveying and analytics tools.
  • Improving digital engagement using customer feedback and industry best practices.
  • Conceptualize, implement, and improve customer purchasing paths.
  • Using brand guidelines, UI/UX best practices, customer journey data, and other sources to continue enhancing the brand across all digital footprints.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications: Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred


Qualifications: Experience

  • 5+ yrs. experience in UX design
  • A portfolio of professional UX/UI design work for both web and mobile platforms
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Maze, HTML, CSS.
  • Experience with CMS and Digital Asset Management preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance compelling needs
  • A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems
  • Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making
