About The Role

As a Junior Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with our product management and engineering teams to create intuitive, efficient, and impactful designs. You will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next great product innovation to tweaking pixels right before launch. This role requires a deep empathy for our users' needs and a passion for translating complex problems into simple, beautiful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance data visualisation elements for our main dashboard in order to make the data speak easily to any types of users
• Assist in designing the UI/UX for our SaaS platform, focusing on creating a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Participate in all phases of the design process, including user research, concept development, prototyping, working on high-fidelity designs, and testing.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand business requirements and ensure that designs meet customer and market needs.
• Work with the Engineering team to ensure designs are implemented correctly and advocate for user experience best practices.
• Collect and utilize user feedback and metrics to guide design decisions and improve the product.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar role.
• Some experience with designing for data visualization e.g. graphs, dashboards or complex data made simple
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work.
• Hands-on and comfortable with uncertainty
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of design principles, user-centred design processes, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a remote, cross-functional team.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in designing B2B SaaS products or in the Climate Tech space.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong interest in sustainability and a desire to contribute to meaningful environmental impact.
  
  

Please note this is a fully remote position, open to candidates within a 2 to 3-hour time difference from Central European Time (CET) to ensure alignment with team working hours.
