TransferRoom is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS business on a mission to change the football transfer market for the better. We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision-makers.
Since our launch in 2017, clubs have used TransferRoom to facilitate over 3,000 transfers, and we are proud that today over 650 clubs from 60+ countries and 100+ leagues are currently using the platform.
We're looking for an experienced and highly analytical Sr. Product Designer to drive growth of our SaaS B2B platform. You will ideate and execute design work for our product growth initiatives and design solutions for our product-led feature adoption, value-delivery, user-to-user acquisition, retention and monetization.
What you’ll be doing:
- Translate business and user goals into great and effective UX and UI – by being hands-on in Figma
- Use high quality design execution and problem solving skills to identify and solve user needs and drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft consistent and connected user experiences across our platforms (web, mobile web and app)
- Ensure that commercial thinking permeates our designs and features
- Understand funnels, user behaviors, and help identify commercial/engagement opportunities
- Contribute to key decisions around the future direction of our products
- Contribute to improving design processes and building our growing product
- design team culture

Who you are:
- Significant experience in product design with the responsibility of executing at every stage of the design lifecycle from research to ideation to delivery
- Experience with product design for SaaS platforms and ideally marketplace-platforms
- A portfolio that shows you’ve taken complex concepts and turned them into approachable and commercially viable solutions
- Understanding of key business metrics and data, as well as how it connects to design
- Problem solving skills that enable you to ask meaningful questions, analyse the data, and scope design opportunities
- Great track record for working closely with product designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Experience working in and contributing to design systems with an eye for consistency, quality, and accessibility
