Role
Join the forefront of premium digital banking as a Multidisciplinary Graphic Designer at Alpian. You will collaborate closely with our Brand & Growth team, fearlessly tackling challenges while ensuring impeccable attention to detail. Your designs will shape the premium identity of our brand and redefine digital banking experiences.
Responsibilities (duties included but not limited to the below)
- Work under Head of Design, and in collaboration with the Brand team and partners, to solve an array of visual and marketing problems and bring visual communications to life
- Create design boards and identify how to extend the visual language for any given project.
- Utilize assets and brand guidelines to design content for all platforms (social media, website, paid media, print collaterals, etc.)
- Prepare creative decks to showcase proposed designs for internal approval.
- Assist with the creation of online design, visual concept, marketing assets, icons, and other interactive platforms.
- Execute and/or lead the postproduction phase of photographic content
- Brainstorm with the marketing and design team to come up with creative ideas.
- Work with UX/UI specialists and developers to craft the future of our mobile app, following best practices and digital trends.
Experience/Skills required
- 2+ years’ experience designing across media, including digital.
- Previous experience collaborating with Art Directors and Designers.
- Proficiency in Mac OSX, Sketch (or Figma), Illustrator, Photoshop, Invision, Microsoft Office, After Effects and Premiere is a plus.
- Communications and coordination skills to collaborate with other disciplines
- Ability to take constructive criticism with ease and a positive mindset.
- Strong understanding of premium design codes and design thinking
- Attention to details
- Advanced English level (strong written and verbal communications skills). German/French is a plus
