Location: Old Trafford

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

They are seeking a creative and dynamic in-house graphic designer to join their thriving marketing team. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of design principles, have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and be capable of leading projects while adhering to brand guidelines. The role requires agility, adaptability, and the ability to deliver high-quality, innovative visual solutions in a timely manner.

The Role

  • Produce high-quality visual content, including but not limited to marketing materials, digital assets, social media graphics, presentations, and other promotional materials, while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues and their external creative agency to conceptualise and execute design projects that effectively communicate their brand values, ethos and message.
  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Work closely with the wider business to understand project requirements and contribute creative solutions that align with UA92’s ambitious goals.
  • Create, maintain and update design assets and templates to ensure consistency across various platforms.
  • Produce accurate proofs, process amends, pre-flight and output high quality press-ready artwork.
  • Act as a brand guardian for the UA92 brand, ensuring consistency and quality in creative execution.

Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field and/ or at least 3 years of proven experience as an in-house graphic designer or in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret brand guidelines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and providing creative insights.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and specifications for various mediums.
