Responsibilities

  • Design and produce engaging graphics and visual elements for events activations.
  • Develop creative concepts and presentations
  • Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and platforms.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept through to completion, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Work with external vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality production of materials.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in event design, technology, and graphic design to incorporate innovative ideas into event activations.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to interpret brand guidelines and client briefs to produce creative and effective designs.
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography in both print and digital contexts.
  • Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into designs that capture the essence of the event.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and techniques specific to events and activations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Experience in an event activation company or similar environment is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio of design work, including digital and print projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams across the organization.
