Due to our continued growth, we're now looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our high performing team!

As our Junior Graphic Designer you will;

Impact:

Takes care of some of the team's more straight forward day-to-day tasks, in collaboration with more senior designers.

Skills:

Displays a basic knowledge of design processes and tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, elements of After Effects). Has the capacity of understanding basic workflows

and assist with design operations of the team.

Has the ability to develop the knowledge of design methods, tools and data sources, used to make informed design decisions.

Behavious:

Learns from the work of others, continually asking questions in order to develop him/herself and chase betterness. Proactively communicates to the team what he/she is working on, how it is going and what help is needed, while regularly checking in with the Seniors to

confirm that the work is within the brand's guidelines and standards.

Asks questions to understand how to design effective solutions and prioritise his/her own learning to better serve his/her area.

Works hard to acquire overall understanding of the LeoVegas group and the overall iGaming industry in order to improve his/her output.

Your areas of knowledge and experience are;

Education: Studies/Knowledge in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.

Portfolio: A good portfolio showcasing projects, designs, and creativity is crucial. This demonstrates the candidate's skills, style, and ability to execute design concepts.

Software Proficiency: Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Familiarity with other design tools and technologies is also beneficial.

Creativity and Design Skills: Good creative and artistic abilities are key. Good eye for design, layout, color, typography, and composition.

Understanding of Design Principles: Knowledge of fundamental design principles such as balance, contrast, alignment, and hierarchy is important.

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality work.

Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and visual, are necessary to understand client requirements, collaborate with team members, and present design concepts.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is essential in our fast-paced design environment.

Adaptability: Should be adaptable and open to learning new skills, techniques, and industry trends as design technology evolves.

Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with other designers, copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality designs.

While formal qualifications and technical skills are important, we also value creativity, passion for design, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
