The Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Sr. Product Designer to join our in-house Product Design team. We are a creative, innovative, energetic and highly collaborative team, driven by our shared desire to help our clients succeed through industry-leading customer engagement solutions, insights, content and design. This is an amazing opportunity to collaborate with some of the top Fintech Marketing, Branding and Insights experts in the industry.
The Sr. Product Designer will report directly to the Sr. Director of UX and will work side-by-side with our Product Design team members, our technology department, and our clients within our organization. You will be responsible for designing meaningful and branded online experiences across all our digital properties which includes our upcoming mobile application, new multi-product website, our online applications, and our customer servicing websites, ensuring that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. You will embody our CX Principles of guidance, flexibility and ease while making decision that impact our clients. Responsibilities
In addition to semi-monthly salary payments, this position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance. Yearly incentive bonus target 20% of base salary. This position may also be eligible for a long-term cash and/or equity incentives at a target of 10%.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, developers, data analysts, and designers on research activities, strategy sessions, ideation, design, and testing of new product concepts
- Build empathy and be an advocate for our customers through participation in human-centered research and design
- Employ user-center design methodologies and learn quickly through iterative prototyping
- Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and delightful
- Leverage analytics tools like Full Story to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making
- Conduct competitive analyses of other websites that operate in the same space
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise quality
- Efficiently and effectively manage day-to-day problems and communicate effectively in time sensitive situations
- Stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human-computer interaction, human-computer design, user experience, visual design or other related design field
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing, building and shipping applications or software utilizing tools such as Figma or Sketch working closely with developers, product managers, data analysts and stakeholders
- Strong online portfolio available (please provide link)
- Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
- Self-directed, organized, efficient and able to manage multiple, complex projects in a timely manner
- Amazing time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and collaborate with individuals across disciplines
- Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be a problem-solver, creative, innovative thinker and passionate about fintech
