What You Will Bring?
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in graphic design, either in-house or at an agency
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related discipline; or a 2-year associate/technical degree in graphic design
Highly proficient in Adobe’s Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD
Proven ability to create our PPT design and support executive team with PowerPoint visuals and graphics as needed
The ability to transform content into outstanding visual assets
They will establish visual guidelines and develop templates for the team to use, working within the larger brand guidelines as they evolve
Translate complex technical concepts and data into visually appealing and easily understandable infographics and illustrations
Knowledge of Asana or other project management tools
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, methods, and practices, with the ability to brainstorm and see an idea through from concept to launch
A keen eye for branding and adherence to brand guidelines
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
A positive attitude, collaborative team player, and a proactive get it done mentality
