What You Will Bring?

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, either in-house or at an agency
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related discipline; or a 2-year associate/technical degree in graphic design
• Highly proficient in Adobe’s Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD
• Proven ability to create our PPT design and support executive team with PowerPoint visuals and graphics as needed
• The ability to transform content into outstanding visual assets
• Advanced design, color, composition and, typography abilities
• They will establish visual guidelines and develop templates for the team to use, working within the larger brand guidelines as they evolve
• Translate complex technical concepts and data into visually appealing and easily understandable infographics and illustrations
• Knowledge of Asana or other project management tools
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, methods, and practices, with the ability to brainstorm and see an idea through from concept to launch
• A keen eye for branding and adherence to brand guidelines
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
• A positive attitude, collaborative team player, and a proactive get it done mentality
