Graphic Designer

We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating impactful designs for a wide array of clients. The ideal candidate should have the ability to adapt to different brand voices and aesthetics while maintaining high creative standards. This role involves collaborating with our marketing team to deliver innovative and tailored design solutions for print, digital media, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce creative assets for a variety of clients, adapting to different brand voices and styles.
• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual strategies for diverse campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs while tailoring each project to the client’s specific needs.
• Engage in client consultations to understand and implement their vision effectively.
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and client specifications.
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate new ideas into design projects.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio displaying a wide range of design skills and versatility in style.
• Exceptional communication and collaborative abilities.
• Proven track record of managing diverse projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Experience in working with a diverse client base, including non-profit and faith-based organizations.
• Familiarity with various design requirements for digital and print media.
