POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an exceptional UI/UX Sr. Product Designer who focuses on creating the best customer facing digital experience.

Can you do all that while also working in the details of a project on a tactical level: preparing presentations, building wireframes and low fidelity prototypes for internal and external approvals? We are looking for a talented designer to create compelling and thoughtful in-vehicle user experiences. Someone with a deep understanding of the design process and who can engage, collaborate, and innovate in a fast growing department while being part of the future of transportation and mobility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Focus on pursuing complex problems to create simple, intuitive, and scalable product experiences within a portfolio of high impact experiences
- Collaborate with product, business, brand and engineering partners to lead and develop product and design strategies for existing roadmaps and new initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional and system teams in order to create high impact user experiences, identify business needs, shape strategy and manage global applications.
- Work with data science and consumer insights teams to gain a deep understanding of users and their needs, balancing between user and business needs
- Exhibit passion for emerging technologies, new interaction models, product design, and excellence in visual design
- Execute UX vision utilizing visual design and prototypes as a primary means of delivery
- Visually express brand vision and definition through user interface design for in-vehicle experiences
- Pivot mindset from creative-thinker to production mindset to expose implementation efficiencies and reduce design debt Work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Demonstrated excellence in craft, communication, collaboration with a diverse set of digital designers, and business acumen
REQUIREMENTS:

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interactive design, Communication/Graphic Design, UX Design, Engineering or IT related field
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI Product Design experience with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven expertise in multiple areas of UX design, including service design, research, IA, visual, prototyping, etc
- Proficiency in design tools and prototype abilities (e.g. Figma, Sketch, ProtoPie, Marvel, Invision, HTML/CCS)
- Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Versed in Human-Centered design thinking approach, techniques and philosophy
- Up to date with the latest UX methodologies, techniques, and technologies
- Exceptional UI skills with sensitivity to intelligent system interactions
- Familiarity with design systems, accessibility and branding guidelines
- Automotive UI/HMI experience OR candidates that have strong creative work experience in digital product design solutions are ideal
- Ability with Motion/3D modelling tools is a plus
