Role Overview

TP ICAP’s Fusion platform is a multi-asset liquidity platform that is driving the transition of TP ICAP’s Global Broking business from voice to electronic protocols. The platform enables clients to smoothly access TP ICAP’s liquidity pools across all products, asset classes, brands and regions. It has been recognized as the OTC trading platform of the year by Risk Magazine

We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our Design team. You are a great creative thinker and design practitioner with attention to detail who is excited to shape our strategic product brand.

You will be joining TP ICAP at an exciting time, with a huge focus on the look and feel of our award-winning product offering, Fusion. Execution will be across all mediums, to better engage both internal and external audiences.

The role sits within Group Marketing & Communications, reporting directly into the Group Head of the UX and Design function, who is responsible for the visual identity of the Group brand and its business brands, the user experience and design of the trading platforms and product marketing.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execute on the look and feel of Fusion marketing and support materials
  • Create design solutions to engage both internal (employees) and external audiences
  • Hands on and involved in the design process end-to-end from ideation to delivery
  • Tackle a wide range of creative across multiple channels: brand development and guidance, marketing collateral (presentations, product sheets, emails, invitations, event stands, merchandise), social and online campaigns,
  • Translate creative ideas across print, digital and moving image. E.g.,
    • Digital - Social/Website/Email.
    • Product launches and demos
    • Print: Design and typesetting of decks, brochures, ads and merchandise
    • Video and Animation
  • Work with stakeholders from across the business as well as external print/merch suppliers
  • Fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business


Experience / Competences

  • Previous experience in a similar role working in a fast-paced design team.
  • Previous experience of working across and delivering for digital channels – web, social.
  • Academic and applied knowledge in one or more related areas including:, Graphic Design, Visual Design, Animation & Motion Design
  • A diverse portfolio of outstanding visual and motion design.
