Our client, is a leading privately owned construction contractor based in the West Midlands and are recruiting for a Senior/Design Manager to join their team in the region. This is a great opportunity for a Senior/ Design Manager to work on prestigious design and build projects throughout the region. Our client is one of the UK's leading construction groups, they have a track record of delivering multi-sector projects including commercial development, student accommodation and retirement living, ranging from £10m - £120m. They are an innovative building contractor, progressive and forward thinking in their approach - and have a strategic growth plan in place to increase turnover in the next couple of years.
