Position Summary

Graphic Designer—Assistant Manager—Hyderabad

We are looking for you, a detailed-oriented, creative design professional, passionate about design thinking with a flair for problem solving and translating business priorities into compelling visual compositions. You will play a key role in the development of marketing and other related design assets from concept to completion.

Work you’ll do

Deliver design solutions that have a high visual impact and stands out in the internal and external market. Analyze expectations of the stakeholders and develop highly creative, customized, high-quality deliverables adhering to the Deloitte Brand Identity guidelines meeting deadlines and client expectations for quality and creativity.

Should be able to simplify complex data points into visually appealing infographics.

Develop creative storyboards, initial graphic concepts, visual themes, illustrations and layouts for brochures, infographics, presentations, and other promotional materials.

Creating wireframes and screen flows as well as high fidelity product prototypes in Figma.

Work closely with other creative professionals to solve problems and communicate resolutions. Be a team player with a positive attitude and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications— Required Skills

Extensive working experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office Suite (Word and Powerpoint).

Working experience and knowledge of user experience prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

Keep a high-quality bar and self-prioritization of your work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and growing environment.

Degree in Web design/Fine Arts/Graphic Design/Visual Communications or commensurate experience.

Strong communication skills: verbal, written, interpersonal and interdepartmental.

Preferred Skills

Strong client management and relationship building skills.

Good team player and have demonstrated flexibility in varied crises situations.

Good project management and stakeholder management skills.

Experience of having worked with clients/stakeholders from the US.

Team management experience.

Work Experience

7-9 years of hands on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Work timing

2:00 PM-11:00 PM IST (1:30 AM-10:30 AM PST)
