We are searching for a talented UI/UX Web Designer with exceptional Figma skills to join our dynamic team. From conceptualization to meticulous execution, you will spearhead design projects, collaborating closely with project managers and clients. This role reports to our Design department lead.
Qualifications
5+ years of UI/UX Web Design experience in a digital agency setting.
Proven ability to lead design projects, including wireframes, style tiles, and design concepts, and effectively present them to clients.
Proficient in Figma and Creative Cloud.
A portfolio showcasing robust visual design and a keen focus on defining user experiences.
Responsibilities
Design: Transform client needs, user behaviors, and project requirements into prototypes, wireframes, style tiles, and design concepts that deliver outstanding user experiences and impress our clients. Ability to incorporate relevant feedback into designs.
Design Presentation: Present and articulate the rationale for design decisions to clients in a compelling manner.
Development Ready Designs: Create clear, development-ready files, notations, and style sheets that exhibit consistency and meticulous attention to detail.
Time Management: Prioritize and meet deadlines, maintaining a commitment to excellence across multiple projects. Adapt working style to various project sizes, budgets, and requirements.
Success Metrics
In the first 90 days:
Support design execution for one project meeting our standard of excellence within allocated time and budget.
In The First Year
Successfully lead 2+ design projects from start-to-finish, resulting in highly satisfied clients. Meet all deadlines, complete projects within the design budget, and set the development team up for success with clear and consistent designs.
Location & Availability:
Work remotely from any location in the US, available 9 am - 5 pm in any US time zone.
Position available for fully remote (US only), partially remote, or in-person in our Los Angeles office.
