A prominent construction business in the West of Scotland is seeking a seasoned Design Manager to guide their design partners as part of the delivery of a key term framework in the west of Scotland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectural vision with practical construction methodologies.
  • Manage and mentor a talented group of designers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Act as a pivotal liaison between clients, architects, and construction teams, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in design management within the construction industry.
  • A portfolio that showcases a breadth of projects, emphasising both creative and technical acumen.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or a related field.
