Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative 3D Designer/Modeler with expertise in Blender and a strong understanding of UV mapping, texture creation, texture baking, and asset creation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bringing ideas and concepts to life through exceptional 3D modeling and design skills. You will work closely with our creative team to develop high-quality assets based on visual references and :

• Create high-quality 3D models, assets, and environments using Blender and other relevant software.
• Understand and interpret visual references, concepts, and specifications to produce accurate and visually appealing 3D designs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to transform ideas and concepts into detailed 3D models and assets.
• Ensure efficient UV mapping, texture creation, and texture baking for realistic and visually pleasing results.
• Optimize 3D models and assets for performance and compatibility with various platforms and game engines.
• Maintain an organized file structure and adhere to best practices for asset management and version control.
• Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and emerging technologies related to 3D design and modeling.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as artists, animators, and developers, to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into projects.
  
  

Requirements

• Solid experience in 3D modeling and design, particularly with Blender.
• Proficient in UV mapping, texture creation, texture baking, and master texturing.
• Strong understanding of 3D asset creation based on ideas and reference images.
• Excellent artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Proficient in using other relevant software such as Adobe Photoshop and Substance Painter.
• Knowledge of optimizing 3D models for performance and compatibility across different platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• A portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling and design skills is required.
