Capacity: Hybrid - 3 days in office 2 days work home

Mid to end of April - looking to fill in for someone who on short team leave, could potentially be extended beyond that date depending on return of the FTE
Depending on workload volume, this role could start off as part time (3 days per week)
Interview process: 1 interview with HM
Day In The Life
Taking images that are always approved and tailoring them to the website format & e-mail communications
This person will work 75% email creation and 25% PDPs and banners, social posts, and Pinterest (working with Art Director for that 25%)
Reports into HM and has dotted line to Art Director
Will work with 2 marketing teams as well
Attends 2 weekly creative briefs - take in new projects, works within RIPE, marketing will upload briefs and add the designer as an owner and a timeline will be generated with deadlines that will be owned by this designer for completion
Most projects for e-mail have a 25 business days timeline -
Day One: Brief
Day 25: Art Release
Should be extremely detail-oriented because they are juggling multiple projects daily - projects are very deadline and timeline-driven
Exceptional ability to adhere to deadlines in an efficient, detail-oriented way
Not a Creative Director to anyone too Senior- someone who is process driven and can run things to the finish line
Ability to pivot seamlessly and switch gears based on priorities
Soft Skills:
Comradery is essential - Team is friendly with one another and very supportive ofSomeone who is agile and roll with the punches and isn’t easily frazzled by having to switch gears
Detail oriented continued: For example, when items are loaded into the platform, by default it reads “Layer #1234” - looking for someone who would instinctively title the items by its content - example “Shampoo ::content::” to make it easier for team and hiring manager to retrieve and review without having to search
