Position Overview:

My client is seeking a talented and autonomous Senior Civil Designer proficient in Civil 3D to join their team. As a key member of the design team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement. Their diverse project portfolio spans Defence, Energy, Infrastructure, and Developments in the Commercial, Health, Education, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of civil design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Utilise your expertise in Civil 3D to produce high-quality design models, drawings, and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated design solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Demonstrate autonomy and initiative in problem-solving and decision-making throughout the design process.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  
  

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Civil Designer, with a strong proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering civil design projects across various sectors.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Australian residency or valid work permit.
