As a Senior Product Designer, your mission is to help SoSafe scale by building an exceptional product tailored for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). Working in a trio, you will directly impact the product. Your user-friendly designs will empower MSSPs to seamlessly deliver top-tier security awareness solutions, making cybersecurity intuitive and engaging for their diverse clientele. You'll play a pivotal role in our ecosystem, enhancing how MSSPs serve, educate, and protect businesses globally

Key Outcomes
Within the first 12 months, the successful candidate will:
- Design and launch a user-centric platform that defines how MSSPs manage and deliver Human Risk Management solutions.
- Drive significant improvements in the product's usability metrics, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for MSSPs and their clients.
- Foster a culture of design thinking and user empathy within the product squad, leading to innovative solutions for complex cybersecurity challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer feedback into the design process, enhancing the product's relevance and impact in real-world scenarios
- Mid - Senior experience as a Designer
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and transform customer needs into intuitive and functional designs.
- Experience in conducting usability tests and user research.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of advocating for design within cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
