We run programmes to manage Type 2 Diabetes and Obesity for individuals, employers and governments. We hire and train our own clinicians and mentors using Roczen, our proprietary care model, to manage our programmes in an “online first” way.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team at Reset Health. As Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital health product and internal clinical tools. You will also be responsible for leading the design process from end to end, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features that meet the needs of our users and business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final implementation, ensuring high-quality, user-centred design solutions.
• Work independently and autonomously to tackle complex design problems, finding creative solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Collaborate closely with product design, medical, operations, and tech teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.
• Foster strong collaboration with developers, ensuring a smooth handoff process and providing ongoing support during implementation.
• Create and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across products and platforms.
• Advocate for design best practices, user-centred design principles, and accessibility standards within the organisation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and successful product/feature launches, particularly in mobile apps (iOS and Android) and responsive web apps.
• Strong UI design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, coupled with the ability to think critically about user experience (UX).
• Expertise in Figma and proficiency in other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong understanding of design system methodologies and experience implementing and maintaining design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Benefits

• Salary range: £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience

Location

We offer a flexible hybrid working style with a preference of 1 day per week in our Central London office near Bond St station
