We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Junior or Mid-Level Product Designer to join our dynamic team, where teamwork is key. You will collaborate closely with the Product Design Manager and various teams across the organization to craft exceptional user experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass the creation of high-fidelity mockups, conducting iterative design processes, and crafting prototypes, all utilizing the powerful capabilities of Figma. Your Responsibilities

As a cross-functional designer, you will:

• Work directly with design, product management, and engineering teams to present your creative ideas using mockups and interactive prototypes
• Rapidly build and iterate on new product solutions, creating best in class customer experiences
• Perform quality assurance on your designs to ensure proper implementation into our UI
• Perform research to discover our customers' needs and business goals
• Participate in our design team meetings by providing regular feedback and ideas to help other team members create engaging user interfaces.
  
  

Qualifications

You should:

• Understand and practice the common principles of both UX and visual design
• Have practical knowledge of current design patterns, trends, and methodologies
• Have experience conducting customer interviews, and have fundamental information-gathering skills
• Be able to present your work, collect feedback and make adjustments
• Be on your way to becoming a Figma master and have familiarity creating designs using Figma library components.
• Have a portfolio that clearly demonstrates your passion for UX. (please include your portfolio link and password in your resume and application).

• Can name at least three influential designers
• Have experience facilitating design thinking exercises, created personas, journey maps, mind maps, and other user research artifacts.
• Familiar with the mobile-first approach
• Experience with designing enterprise applications

• You have created a fully interactive prototype

Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside at least 50 miles away from our San Francisco or San Ramon office locations. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Francisco or San Ramon locations, this role will be Hybrid.

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the job across the United States. Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

The US base salary range for this role is below.

$86,500—$161,900 USD
