We’re building a culture based on learning and creating meaningful experiences for our customers. We are seeking multi-skilled product designers with a mastery of visual design, experience design, interface construction, branding, motion design, and storytelling. We’re looking for a designer who’s driven by empathy for customers, and the desire to carry ideas from rough ideas to launch. The right candidate works independently and is a passionate collaborator with other design teams, engineering teams and marketing groups.

This role will be within the Consumer Advertising / Microsoft Rewards / Microsoft Clarity design team and will be supported at our Barcelona, Spain office. You will have the opportunity to work on monetization experiences for Bing, Microsoft Start and a variety of other surfaces. You will partner with designers and product teams around the world. You will explore the future of AI and innovation within the aforementioned products.

Finally, it is important to note that this designer is someone that defaults to a “making and building” mindset – it is our practice that when in doubt, we build something and test it. Embracing quick prototyping and testing is a must-have skill and design ethos.
