We’re searching for a thoughtful, results-driven designer to join our UX team to help shape the future of one of the largest industries in the world. How do we design?Passion and Innovation is at the center of everything we do as a team.We value solving for the customer above all else.We aim every design, big or small, with the same eye for building a delightful experience for our customersDesign at Albert is grounded in experience design fundamentals and a deep belief that small, collaborative groups can make huge leaps in working together as owners.We work in triads with a design lead, a product lead and an engineering lead taking ownership of their projects.Every designer has the responsibility and ownership to chart the course for their designs through close partnerships with product and engineering.We respect User Research and believe in building products with our customers as our partners in the process.We are in the process of building a high-functioning, usability-centered design system and design language for Albert. - Are passionate, self-driven and system-thinkersHave partnered with product and engineering to establish objectives, align on high-level strategies, and create consistent, high-quality design outputBring demonstrated success delivering intuitive products - we value consumer-grade experience quality while solving enterprise problemsHave a developed sense for balancing speed, quality, and consistency of designCan manage complex scenarios and drive clarity from ambiguityCo-create design strategy with peer leaders and designers and influence executionCan identify and drive impact that is great for customers and good for business through clear and actionable feedbackHave 3-5 years of industry experience as a Product Designer
