Founding Product Designer

Founding Product Designer Tec Partners is working with an incredible tech-for-good, social impact startup that is disrupting the diversity and inclusion space. They have developed a platform to upskill and train tech professionals who don’t have adequate access to training and tech jobs across the world. They do a huge amount of work with women in tech and are taking on the huge and ever-important challenge of moving the needle in the DE&I space. They are now looking for a Founding Product Designer to join their team. This is an exciting role for a full-stack designer with a passion for user experience and designing impactful products. Requirements:

• Strong experience in all aspects of the design process (ideation, research, prototyping, testing, etc.)
• Focused on creating user-centric, accessible designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience working in remote, asynchronous teams.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup. Benefits:
