Project Design Manager - BENELUX

As of the 4th of January, Alimentation Couche-Tard, a global player in convenience stores, acquired the retail assets of Total Energies in Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands and Germany. It will establish its presence in the Belgian market under the name Circle K through a joint venture with more than 570 gas stations across Belgium. To actively contribute to the technical roll-out of this rebrand in Belgium, we're seeking a Project Design Manager - BENELUX.

As Project Design Manager - BENELUX, you will be part of the retail - technical department and will directly report to the Manager of the Technical Department.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting the preliminary design of projects for construction and revamping of gas stations and convenient stores in Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands
• Leading validation meetings in collaboration with the development teams of Benelux region
• Estimating the costs for the detailed projects and managing the investment budget
• Obtaining and handling all the working and environmental permits needed, ensuring the company policies and safety norms are applied
• Deciding on the external engineering offices to work on the final implementation of the project
• Following up closely on the execution phases of the projects and reporting to the management and other stakeholders.

About you:

• You have a master's degree in Civil Engineering
• You have previous experience in construction design projects, preferably for retail shops
• You have strong organizational and planning skills
• You are open to frequent business travels to Benelux countries
• You speak fluently Dutch, French, and English.
