Senior Graphic Designer

We are working with a world renowned media and events business who are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their busy team on a leading project in their portfolio.

This is a fulltime permanent and on site opportunity paying up to 50K + 10% performance based bonus. They are a collaborative team who like to work in their wonderful West London offices, therefore this position will be on site for a minimum of 4 days per week.

This position will sit within a marketing team and report to the head of department and will involve managing one junior designer as well as freelancers.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Work with the marketing team on achieving design goals and delivering collateral including digital assets, PowerPoint, adverts, brochures and more.
• Project Management: Produce designs to brief and to deadline, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• People Management: Lead and mentor a small team of graphic design specialists and provide guidance, feedback and support.
• Quality Control: Ensure that quality is upheld across all design assets and act as a brand guardian, ensuring style and messaging are consistently within brand guidelines.
  
  

Skills And Experience

• 5 years+ of Graphic Design experience creating digital content for B2B audiences.
• Line management experience.
• Undergraduate degree in graphic design, media or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite as well as other tools such as Canva, Turtl, Monday.com.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Comfortable joining client meetings to discuss design options around ongoing projects Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
