Product Designer for Automation Domain / Tracey

What you will do in this role 🧐

We're looking for a medior product designer who is looking for a meaty design challenge helping our Automation Domain. It will be your mission to make shipping operations of both small, medium and enterprise merchants smarter and more efficient so that they can worry about growing their business instead of running it. You'll be dreaming sweet dreams of Al-driven carrier selection and delivery predictions, AI driven Customer Support and smooth onboarding for smaller merchants.

Within the Automation domain you will work closely together with three experienced product designers and a senior user researcher. Together you will collaborate with product management, analysts and engineers to gather and contextualise user insights in all design stages, from open-ended exploratory research to iterative experiments and usability evaluations. Your successes will lie in turning research activities into appealing, actionable, and self-explanatory deliverables that product managers and engineers can run with.

• We're looking for a medior level product designer.
• Ideally you are available to work from our office at least 2 days per week (in Eindhoven HQ).
• You have a history of solving customer problems as part of a single product team.
• You have a proven track record in co-creating solutions with key stakeholders.
• You have contributed to validating ideas, using data and insight.
• You have experience with design principles, design systems and design tools, such as Figma.
• You have a track record of autonomously doing evaluative and generative user research and proactively driving usability optimisations.
• You are resourceful, self-motivated and adaptive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with B2B/B2B2C/SaaS
• Experience in working Agile and with Scrum.preferably with experience working for a B2B/SAAS company)
• Some understanding of web technologies to build software
