Your role & mission
As Small Electrolyzers Design Manager, you will on the lead of one of the multidisciplinary teams who build products. Reporting to the Senior manager – San Miniato Engineering, you will be the key reference for sourcing, product and program departments for development of new small electrolyser products.
You will cooperate internally with the industrialization, testing and validation, R&D and Safety teams to assure the right deliverables and execution of the overall technology departments activities. You will be on the lead of execution of Electrolyser design program leading all the design activities and coordinating the design team;

Your role & mission
As Small Electrolyzers Design Manager, you will on the lead of one of the multidisciplinary teams who build products. Your Main Responsibilities & Tasks
- Execution of Electrolyser design program leading all the design activities and coordinating the design team;
- Working together with technology and industrialization team to assure the right execution of the electrolyser design program;
- Providing technical leadership and interface with, Product Engineering, Sourcing, RnD,
- Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods;
- Agree with R&D team and Industrialization team, process parameters to be applied on equipment, in case of new products to be deployed on Mass Production;
- Proactively seek and implement improvements in the assembly process;
- Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.
- Follow Equipment Suppliers during the installation & ramp up of equipment
- Manages a team of 2 collaborators
- Master’s degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering;
- Have established industry experience within a mechanical engineering or process engineering role
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English.;
- Excellent knowledge of Process design, Piping design, heat and Mass Balance, Process instrumentation;
- Knowledge of, Atex, PED is required, Electrolysis expertise is plus
- Knowledge of applications such as chemical plant, Oil & Gas plant;
- Knowledge of control loop concepts are required;
- Knowledge of safety study are required;
- Experience with Process design tools;
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools;
- Flexibility to travel worldwide.
